Summer Reading Program
Held annually in June and July, this statewide-themed program opens with a special event that is free of charge to residents of Clifton and surrounding communities. The 2011 theme is Dig Up A Good Book! and will include Reading Clubs for young children through teens with reading goals and prizes for those meeting various milestones. A special event at the Clifton Civic Center marks the official kickoff to the program, with story hours, and game nights scheduled for specific age groups.
Story Hours
For children up to pre-K, these storytimes are held at the library on a rotating schedule. Books are read by library staff, with active involvement by the children.
